Underwater Cable Terminal Box (UKTB)

Connecting a range of equipment to a winch cable often requires flexible adaptation of the umbilical (winch cable <-> equipment connecting cable). This is achieved using our underwater cable terminal box (UKTB). It can quickly be adapted to a broad range of systems and completely does away with time-consuming resin casting or similar work. The UKTB is very user-friendly thanks to the pressure-compensating membrane and the environmentally compatible oil.

Oktopus offers cables with a variety of properties: - Electrical: coax, multiconductor, twisted pair, screened (e.g. foil), Ethernet - Optics: fibre-optic cable (no.: >= 1) - Strain relief: Aramid Oktopus holds a selection of different cables enabling us to supply even small orders.
